Core Responsibilities: Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: o Researching and analyzing markets to identify potential clients and opportunities. o Developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's customer base. o Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and prospects. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: o Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients. o Providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs and concerns promptly. o Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Generating Revenue: o Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets. o Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize profitability. o Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: o Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. o Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and challenges. o Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. Additional Duties II Representing the Company at Industry Events: o Attending conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's brand and products. o Building relationships with industry influencers and potential partners. Preparing Sales Proposals and Presentations: o Developing persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs. III. Essential Skills and Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools • • o EKectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.
