1. Operational Oversight • Monitor day-to-day ride-hailing activities to ensure smooth operations, timely rides, and efficient driver allocation. 2. Driver Management • Coordinate with BM/Manager on driver performance evaluation, and compliance with company standards and local regulations. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze operational data (e.g., trip performance, driver activity, cancellation rates) to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Customer Experience • Work with customer support teams to resolve escalated customer and driver complaints promptly and improve service levels. 5. Process Improvement • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions, such as route optimization, dynamic pricing improvements, or automation of manual processes. 6. Compliance & Safety • Ensure adherence to transport laws, safety protocols, and company policies in all ride-hailing operations. 7. Ground Support • Conduct field visits and spot checks as needed. III. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in ride-hailing, logistics, transport, or tech-based operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and operational dashboards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with local transport regulations and ride-hailing market trends is a plus.
