● Social Media Management: Proficient in operating Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram; skilled in optimizing content and boosting engagement.
● Content Creation: Able to create engaging, trendy content tailored for the iGaming industry’s target audience; experienced in using image/video editing tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
● Community Management: Capable of building, interacting with, and handling crisis management within large communities.
● Data Analysis: Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to measure KPIs and optimize strategies.
● Targeted Advertising: Experienced in running Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads efficiently and optimizing budget usage.
● KOL Collaboration: Experience working with influencers to boost brand exposure.
● Creativity and Trend Sensitivity: Able to quickly capture trends and respond flexibly to situations.
✅ Experience Requirements:
● 1–2 years (for entry-level positions)
● Newcomers must provide personal projects as proof of capability.
✅Salary : 800usd-1000usd (The final salary will be offered based on the candidate's abilities after passing the interview.)
✅Leave and Other Benefits:
● Annual leave: 18 days
● Seniority bonus: 7.5 days after 6 months (paid in June/December annually).
● Overtime pay: Provided separately.
● Meals: Provided by the company.
● Night shift allowance
✅Leave benefits:
● 10 days general leave
● 8 days for marriage
● 90 days maternity leave (half salary)
● Year-end bonus: Provided.
● Holiday overtime: 100% pay increase
● Public holiday pay
● Travel allowance: $350/month.
●Birthday bonus: $100.
● National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
● Social security and pension contributions.
