Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Risk and Internal Control

* REQUIREMENT : -Develop, monitor and establish risk and internal control strategy -Actively participate in annual risk assessment and plan and risk and internal control strategies -Detecting any miscalculation or errors of internal control process and handling them properly -Identified, reported key and big risk area and execute risk and internal control strategy to mitigate those risks -To lead and support the stock management to minimize risk -Actively participate in monthly meeting with top management -Prepare, review and do quarterly report to Board -Participate and lead in the monthly, quarterly, and annually internal meeting -Perform and review risk-based based on risk and internal program and prepare internal control reports -Delegate and supervise internal control team to collect evidence, supporting documents, any other information as parts of risk and internal control work -Conduct training session for team members -Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Department -Support the companies/department heads on process flows and procedures to some extent -Make recommendation to the companies/Department heads on any findings found -Lead team for risk and internal control work or other projects given based on the annual plan
* QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any related fields. Master’s degree is a plus. • At least 2-3 years of work experience in Audit (both internal and external), Accounting and finance or any related fields • At least 2 years in supervisory role • Knowledge of Audit/Risk and Internal control • Knowledge of financial analysis • Familiarity with SAP software and other software
