Be punctual and dress professionally • Swipe in and swipe out for working hour and inform the Head/Deputy Head of ESL Program for any unexpected error • Be in class at least 5 minutes before the bell rings • Be ready and well-prepared for the class with lesson plans and materials • Work together with the TA, Head/Deputy Head of the subject • Regularly mark the students’ work and carefully record it • Return the students’ work with appropriate/effective corrective feedback • Be fair, affable, and professional • Maintain complete and accurate records of students’ progress with enough references • Employ a variety of teaching approaches, strategies, or classroom activities to meet students’ distinct aptitudes and interests
