✅Skills/Requirements ● A good eye for visuals and color coordination. ● Experience in social media graphic design. ● Experience in motion graphic video design is a plus. ● Design UX/UI for the team's products. Candidates are expected to have logical thinking to proactively handle related content design. ● Create visuals, banners, and motion videos for brand marketing campaigns. Candidates should be flexible, creative, and possess the professional expertise to take initiative in content development tasks. ✅ Experience Requirements: ● 1–2 years (for entry-level positions) ● Newcomers must provide personal projects as proof of capability. ✅Salary : 800usd-1000usd (The final salary will be offered based on the candidate's abilities after passing the interview.) ✅Leave and Other Benefits: ● Annual leave: 18 days ● Seniority bonus: 7.5 days after 6 months (paid in June/December annually). ● Overtime pay: Provided separately. ● Meals: Provided by the company. ● Night shift allowance ✅Leave benefits: ● 10 days general leave ● 8 days for marriage ● 90 days maternity leave (half salary) ● Year-end bonus: Provided. ● Holiday overtime: Double pay. ● Public holiday pay ● Travel allowance: $350/month. ● Birthday bonus: $100. ● National Social Security Fund (NSSF). ● Social security and pension contributions.
