Job Description
- Welcome the guests warmly
- Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful at all times.
- Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Job Requirements
- Male/Female
- Cambodian Nationality
- Minimum 1 year in professional experience as receptionist in 3 or 4 star hotel.
- Positive attitude, good personality
- Excellent communication skills, friendly
- Very good spoken & written English, Chinese, Vietnam
- Computer skill Word, Excel, Internet Email.
