Key Responsibilities - Cambodian Tax & Compliance - Prepare and file monthly tax returns: VAT, Withholding Tax, Prepayment of Profit Tax (PPT), Tax on Salary (TOS) - Ensure proper tax invoice issuance and compliance with GDT regulations - Monitor VAT output from POS vs accounting records - Prepare supporting schedules for tax audits and GDT inspections - Liaise directly with the General Department of Taxation (GDT) when required - . Identify tax risks specific to restaurants, bars, and hospitality operations - Accounting & ERP - Manage full-set accounting for F&B operations - Record daily transactions in ERP system - Investigate discrepancies between POS and ERP - Support integration between POS and accounting system - Inventory & Cost Control - Monitor inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) - Review stock movements and variances - Ensure supplier invoices match purchase and delivery records
