Key Responsibilities: - Work with client to arrange export shipment to meet SOP. - Update shipment information in operations system - Follow up with client to get shipping order (S/O) for pick up empty container. - Prepare export shipping document for clearance. - Work with internal teams (trucking/brokerage) to arrange export clearance and on time delivery cargo to port. - Work proactive in resolving problems - Other tasks assigned by Supervisors Skills: • Microsoft Word and Excel • Good in English/chinese • Good communication and team work • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
