KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: -Transform social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the company website) from information hubs into active sales funnels. -Implement and oversee E-commerce strategies to increase direct online sales volume. • Strategic Planning: -Develop and execute monthly digital marketing calendars aligned with seasonal promotions. -Align digital campaigns with B2B sales goals for SUNON office furniture and premium bedding products. • Content & Campaign Oversight: -Supervise the creation of high-quality visual content (photography and video) that highlights product comfort and ergonomics and its uniqueness. -Monitor daily ad performance (Reach, Engagement, and Conversion) and adjust budgets to ensure high ROI. • Market Intelligence: -Conduct weekly competitor audits on pricing and digital presence within the Cambodian furniture and home decor market. -Analyze daily sales data to identify which digital channels are driving the most revenue. • Reporting: -Provide weekly "Insight vs. Action" reports to the Marketing Manager, offering clear recommendations based on data trends. -Perform other tasks assigned by line manager. Work Schedule: • Monday – Saturday (5.5 days/week) • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Flexibility: Occasional flexibility may be required to monitor evening campaign performance or weekend promotions. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications. • Allowances: Attractive monthly allowance package provided.
