Barista (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week) Location: Le Club Climbing Gym, Central Phnom Penh (near ABA Headquarters) Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week) About Le Club Le Club is a climbing gym located in the heart of Phnom Penh, featuring an on-site café and restaurant. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Barista to help create a welcoming experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for a university student seeking a stable part-time role with flexible daytime hours and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard Take customer orders and process payments accurately Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service area Assist with basic food and beverage preparation as needed Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Support the café team with daily operations and customer service tasks as needed Requirements Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and take initiative Current university student preferred Previous barista, café, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus Working Hours Friday : 2pm - 6pm Saturday : 11am - 8pm (1 hour break) Sunday : 8am - 5pm (1 hour break) Total: 20 hours per week Benefits 13th-month salary One complimentary meal per worked day at our on-site café & restaurant Full access to the gym, including free training on days off Friendly and active work environment Opportunity to be part of Phnom Penh’s climbing community Public Holidays During major Cambodian public holidays, including Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben, and Bon Om Touk (Water Festival): Staff may choose not to work; or If they choose to work, hours worked will be paid at 200% of the normal hourly rate.
