*Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager Salary & Benefits - $1,000 and up (Depending on experience and qualifications) * Product Portfolio The position handles business development for our premium interior and construction materials, including: - Natural stones -Laminam (Italy) Sintered Stones -Sanitary wares -Kitchen appliances *Key Responsibilities & Tasks -Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities and project leads for our interior and construction product lines. -Network Utilization: Active networking and relationship management with developers, architects, interior designers, main contractors, and consultants to get products specified in upcoming projects. -Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product presentations and technical briefings to designers, consultants, and clients. -Pipeline Management: Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts to achieve targets. * Job Requirements - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven business development or sales experience in construction, building materials, or interior products. - Network: An established, active industry network consisting of local developers, architects, designers, and consultants is strictly required. - Language: Excellent English speaking skills are required for professional client communication. -Interview Requirement: Shortlisted interviewees must bring along and present their sales reports from the last 3 months.
