Smiling Gecko Cambodia is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Cluster Marketing Officer based in Kampong Chhnang province. Learn more about us on our website: https://www.smilinggecko.ch/en/ Main Responsibilities: -Assist in carrying out marketing plans for assigned clusters to support sales and brand visibility. -Manage digital platforms, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance optimization. -Create high-quality marketing content and oversee product storytelling, visuals, and content calendars. -Develop marketing materials and support product launches with clear messaging and promotional assets. -Plan and implement offline marketing activities, promotions, and in-field brand activations. -Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand identity and values. -Monitor performance, analyze market trends, track ROI, and collaborate across departments and external partners.
