Position: Customer Service & Sales Executive Department: Customer Relations / Sales Location: Mère Photographie Studio Salary: $300++ Working hours: 9AM to 6PM Working days: Monday to Saturday Role Overview The Customer Service & Sales Executive is responsible for managing client inquiries both online and in person, providing professional consultation, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and sales skills. This role also supports the studio’s online presence by scheduling social media posts and sharing daily stories. The position works closely with the after-sales customer service team and marketing team to ensure smooth client experience and consistent brand communication. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Sales • Respond to client inquiries through social media, messaging platforms, email, phone calls, and walk-in visits. • Provide clear information about photography packages, services, pricing, and studio policies. • Understand client needs and recommend suitable photography packages. • Use strong sales skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. • Follow up with potential clients to increase booking conversion. • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude when communicating with clients. Booking Management • Confirm bookings and record client details accurately. • Coordinate schedules with the studio team to ensure proper booking arrangements. • Ensure all booking information and client requests are communicated clearly to the team. Social Media Support • Schedule social media posts according to the marketing plan. • Upload daily stories on social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.). • Ensure content is posted on time and reflects the brand image of the studio. Team Coordination • Work closely with the after-sales customer service team to ensure smooth communication with clients after the photoshoot. • Coordinate with the marketing team regarding promotions, campaigns, and social media content. • Provide feedback to the team about client needs, common questions, and market trends. ⸻ Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident in sales and client consultation. • Friendly, professional, and client-oriented attitude. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). • Good written communication skills. • Ability to work well with a team. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality. • Experience in photography studio, retail, or service industry is a plus. • Basic understanding of social media content posting and scheduling. ⸻ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Inquiry response time. • Conversion rate from inquiry to booking. • Accuracy of booking management. • Consistency of social media posting and stories. • Quality of client communication and service.
