In respond to BIDC’s growth & expansion, BIDC is looking for dynamic & enthusiastic candidates to fill in the vacant positions as Customer Service Officer / Teller. Job duties: • Do marketing, sale & promotion activities of bank products & services (such as deposit & traditional services, new customer finding and maintaining); • Develop good relationship with customer and solve customer's feedback/complaint/trouble for customers relating to the bank services. • Attend to the development and deployment of the monthly, quarterly and yearly sale program and plan target. • Process services procedures at the transaction counter for general customers and keep contact, build the good relationship with customers (CSD).
