1. Scope of Working: The Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Executive is responsible for creating compelling visual content (both static graphics and short-form videos for Reels and TikTok) and managing the company’s social media platforms to support digital marketing campaigns for our leasing business. This role ensures all visual and digital content strictly follows the company’s brand guidelines, drives customer engagement, and clearly communicates the value of our leasing properties and services. 2. Duties & Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Video Production • Design and edit daily visual assets for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), focusing on leasing packages and property showcases. • Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, including property highlights, promotions, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content. • Create and prepare offline marketing materials and internal templates. • Ensure absolute consistency in color, typography, and visual brand identity across all platforms and materials. • Shoot (when necessary) and edit short promotional videos, client testimonials, and vertical-format property tours optimized for Reels and TikTok. • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects and/or CapCut, adding text overlays, transitions, basic motion graphics, and synchronized background music. • Ensure all final video outputs are optimized in vertical format (9:16) for Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms. Social Media Management • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). • Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the marketing calendar. • Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and leasing objectives. • Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, leads/inquiries) and prepare basic performance reports. • Respond to comments and messages professionally or coordinate with relevant teams when required. • Stay updated with Reels and TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them to fit the company’s brand and leasing goals. • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior. 3. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent professional certification/training. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management, with hands-on experience producing Reels and TikTok content. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiar with CapCut for short-form video editing. • Strong understanding of short-form video trends, social media algorithms, and content performance basics. • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced digital environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 4. Working Days and Hours: • 6 days per week • 8 hours per day (flexible working hours) • Weekly off day arranged according to company policy. 5. Workplace: • Based at Head Office, Department of Marketing. 6. Reporting Relationship: • Reports directly to the Deputy Marketing Manager. 7.
