Job Description: GTM Lead Executive Company: BuddyRosy Department: Growth / Go-To-Market Role Type: Full-time Role Overview The GTM Lead Executive is responsible for leading and growing BuddyRosy’s go-to-market execution across both online and offline channels. This role connects sales, marketing, content, retail, e-commerce, and activation to make sure BuddyRosy reaches more customers and grows faster in the market. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute BuddyRosy’s go-to-market activities across retail, e-commerce, social media, offline activation, and partnerships. - Lead weekly GTM planning with clear priorities, sales targets, channel focus, and campaign actions. - Work closely with the sales team to support retail expansion, store visibility, promotions, and account growth. - Work closely with the marketing/content team to create campaigns that drive awareness, trust, trial, and purchase. - Manage online growth channels, including website, TikTok Shop, Shopee, social media campaigns, creator content, and promotions. - Support offline activations such as pop-ups, campus campaigns, retail events, sampling, and community activities. - Track weekly performance across online and offline channels, including sales, traffic, conversion, engagement, store feedback, and customer response. - Identify new growth opportunities and turn them into practical execution plans. - Coordinate across internal teams to make sure campaigns, stock, delivery, content, and sales execution are aligned. Requirements - Experience in marketing, sales, brand growth, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, beauty, personal care, or startup operations is a plus. - Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action. - Good understanding of both online and offline customer channels. - Able to lead small teams, coordinate tasks, and follow up strongly. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. - Good communication, planning, and reporting skills. - Basic knowledge of social media, e-commerce platforms, Google Sheets, and sales tracking is preferred. Success Metrics - Overall sales growth across online and offline channels. - Successful campaign and promotion execution. - Retail and e-commerce growth performance. - Strong coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. - Clear weekly reporting and practical improvement actions.
