=> Job Summary: The IT Supervisor is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and efficient operation of all information technology systems within Luxcity Hotel & Apartment. This role ensures the reliability, security, and optimal performance of IT infrastructure, while supporting operational excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction. The IT Supervisor oversees vendor coordination, system maintenance, network security, and user support, ensuring all IT services are delivered in accordance with the hotel’s standards and business objectives. => Job Description (JD): - Oversee and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and integration of all IT systems, including Internet services, Property Management Systems (PMS), telephony systems, elevator interfaces, and other operational software. - Manage and liaise with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely support, system upgrades, and compliance with service level agreements. - Administer and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, CCTV systems, workstations, networking equipment, and corporate email systems. - Design, configure, and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, switches, firewalls, VPN, domain controllers, and Active Directory environments. - Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations. - Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective and preventive measures. - Establish and maintain data backup protocols and ensure the effectiveness of the disaster recovery plan through regular monitoring and testing. - Develop, implement, and periodically review IT policies, procedures, and standards for both the IT department and end users. - Monitor system performance and security using appropriate tools, ensuring optimal functionality and data protection at all times. - Deliver responsive, professional, and courteous IT support to internal users and hotel guests, maintaining high levels of service quality. - Safeguard all IT systems by ensuring compliance with data security, confidentiality, and best practice standards. - Provide guidance and training to employees on IT systems, applications, and security awareness where required. - Support the implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and IT-related projects in alignment with operational needs. - Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
