Recruitments of Position: Jewelry Advisor - Chinese Speaker (Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville) Phnom Penh Working Hours: 10am – 9pm (8 days off/month) Sihanoukville Working Hours: 10am – 10pm (10 days off/month) Superior: Shop Supervisor Salary $350-$450 + Commission + Full Attendance Bonus Goldman Jewelry Co., Ltd. specializes in supplying high-quality with modern designs of gold and jewelry. The company is an exclusive distributor of CHJ Jewelry, a respected fashion jewelry brand from China. Main Goals: 1. Achieve the shop monthly sales target. 2. Increase the customer satisfaction to our services. Job Descriptions: 1. Achieve monthly and daily sales target, actively doing the sales activity. 2. Comply and enforce company / shop regulations and service procedure for the benefit of the shop. 3. Keep company confidential information from being exposed. 4. Understand well about shop varies products, specification and selling point of each product, can accurately and in details make the recommendation of products that suit the customer, give customer the purchase recommendation, be patient for explain the products to customer as well as answer all customer questions and build a good relation with customer. 5. Have a good and active mindset, obey to company, shop manager and shop supervisor arrangement, finish all the task delegate by superior and firmly implement shop management policy as well as sales strategy. 6. Ensure always in a good grooming when present the company products, highlight the products of the month as well as the new products on display, and build up the good image of our brand and boost up the sales. 7. Ensure that shop promotion items, labeling the price tag and manage the display in very interactive looking. 8. Ensure the counter and products is clean every day to maintain the good hygiene of the shop. 9. Attend the briefing every day before and after work, include for weekly and monthly meeting if needed. Qualifications: 1. Encourage for both Female and Male. Proficiency in Chinese is the priority. 2. Basic Requirement: Good looking person, charismatic, positive mindset, proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, can finish the task assigned by superior, good communication skill and management skill. 3. Experience: Have experienced in gold and jewelry industry for at least 1 year or experience in sales for at least 1 years. 4. Knowledge: Understand about CHJ brand management and all the training basic and professional knowledge. 5. Know about service etiquette and sales process. 6.
