Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff when necessary.
• Manage the school’s front desk, ensuring it is organised and presentable.
• Maintain student records and assist with enrolment processes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and manage the school calendar.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Support teachers and staff with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
