Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field. • B2B sales experience within the flavors or ingredients industry. • Strong understanding of Account Development Plan (ADP) principles, with proven ability to build and track plans using key performance indicators (KPIs). • Demonstrated success in managing key customer accounts. • Commercially driven, with the ability to identify customer value drivers, develop new business opportunities, and analyze customer and competitor strategies. • Self-motivated and independent, with solid project management and coordination skills. • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and local language (Cambodian), both written and spoken. • Proficient in standard PC applications and comfortable using digital tools to support daily work
