Soklin Mattress shop is looking for a Marketing Team leader Job Summary The Marketing Team Leader is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role leads the marketing team, ensures alignment with business goals, and monitors campaign performance to maximize results. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives • Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns • Identify target audiences and market trends • Set clear KPIs and performance goals 2. Team Leadership • Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team • Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback • Build a positive and collaborative team culture 3. Campaign Management • Oversee online and offline marketing campaigns • Manage social media, digital ads, promotions, and events • Ensure brand consistency across all channels • Coordinate with sales team to support business targets 4. Performance Analysis • Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, leads, conversion) • Prepare regular marketing reports • Optimize campaigns based on data and insights 5. Budget Management • Plan and control marketing budget • Ensure cost-effective use of resources • Monitor ROI for all marketing activities 6.
