We are a wine import and distribution company seeking a motivated and capable Business Development & Operations Manager to help establish and grow our business. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building the company from the ground up and contribute directly to its long-term success. Key Responsibilities * Assist with company setup and operational development * Coordinate import procedures, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance * Liaise with international suppliers and local stakeholders * Support inventory management and logistics operations * Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, retailers, and corporate clients * Identify new business opportunities and partnerships * Assist with recruitment and team development * Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives Requirements * Fluent in both Khmer and English (written and spoken) * Strong organisational and communication skills * Experience in FMCG, hospitality, distribution, logistics, import/export, or a related field is preferred * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Passion for wine, spirits, hospitality, or luxury products is an advantage * Must be reliable, professional, and highly motivated What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance-based incentives * Career growth opportunities * Direct exposure to international wine brands and suppliers * Opportunity to help build and shape a company from its early stages To apply, please submit your CV and a brief introduction outlining your experience and why you are interested in the role.
