WE ARE HIRING Sales Pharmacist Join a growing retail pharmacy chain dedicated to delivering trusted healthcare services, professional pharmacy care, and exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on quality, integrity, and patient well-being, we aim to create a convenient and reliable healthcare experience through our expanding network of pharmacy outlets and dedicated healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Dispensing & Clinical Care • Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications • Review prescriptions and check for potential drug interactions • Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects • Support customers with professional healthcare advice and product recommendations Patient Services • Conduct basic health screenings such as blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring • Promote health awareness and patient safety through quality pharmacy care Operational Management • Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock availability • Ensure proper storage and handling of medications • Support and supervise pharmacy assistants, technicians, and interns when required Compliance & Quality • Maintain compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and pharmacy standards • Ensure proper documentation and safe dispensing practices, especially for controlled medications Customer Service & Store Operations • Assist customers with inquiries regarding medications and healthcare products • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy and storage areas • Handle billing, cashiering, and cash collection accurately and responsibl Required Qualifications & Skills Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active pharmacist license in good standing Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy software or Microsoft Office is an advantage • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Additional Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg • Previous experience in a retail or chain pharmacy is preferred • Basic English communication skills Why Join Us? ✅ Competitive Salary & Incentive Scheme ✅ Career Growth & Development Opportunities ✅ Professional and Supportive Working Environment ✅ Training & Learning Opportunities ✅ Opportunity to Grow with an Expanding Healthcare Retail Brand How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their updated CV and cover letter to: 📧 [email protected] 📞 012 610 xxx Click To Call Application Deadline: May 31, 2026 Join Our Team and Help Deliver Better Healthcare to the Community.
