1. Team Leadership & Supervision • Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and provide guidance to junior members. • Train, coach, and support junior members to meet performance and service standards. • Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent progress toward department goals. • Coordinate internal collaboration with Marketing, Property Management, Project Management, Finance, and others. 2. Business Development & Tenant Management • Lead high-level business development initiatives and tenant engagement strategies. • Secure new leasing opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key tenants and corporate clients. • Represent the company in business meetings, client presentations, and industry events. 3. Lease Negotiation & Transaction Management • Lead lease negotiation and structure commercial terms that align with company objectives. • Review and support the preparation of agreements and relevant documents. • Track and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions throughout the lease term, including deposits, rental fees, service charges, and other related payments for each tenant. • Provide oversight on client communication and lease execution follow-ups. 4. Market Research & Strategic Insights • Conduct in-depth market analysis, benchmark against competitors, and provide strategic recommendations. • Manage and analyze leasing data, including occupancy rates, deal pipelines, and market trends. • Present weekly and monthly reports to the Leasing Manager. 5. Other Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Manager on leasing strategies and special projects. • Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to leasing revenue and occupancy targets. • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Leasing Manager.
