Smiling Gecko Cambodia is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Officer based in Kampong Chhnang province. Learn more about us on our website: https://www.smilinggecko.ch/en/ +Main Responsibilities: -Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems, procedures, and standards for food production. -Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, and quality management systems. -Monitor production processes and workflows to maintain food safety, quality, and product consistency. -Conduct internal audits of production, kitchen, storage, and food handling operations. -Identify quality and food safety risks, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. -Maintain traceability of ingredients, materials, and finished products throughout the production process. -Manage quality documentation, records, reports, and audit-related requirements. -Organize and support staff training on food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and SOP compliance. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with operational teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and food safety performance. +Job Requirement: -Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or related field (preferred). -Experience in food production, food safety, industrial kitchen operations, or quality control is an advantage. -Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations. -Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. -Strong observation and analytical skills. -Good communication and teamwork abilities. -Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. -High integrity and responsibility in maintaining food safety standards. +Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Good working environment - Health Insurance from both NSSF and private insurance company - Free accommodation and 3 meals per day - Seniority Payment - Staff Uniforms +How to Apply: - If you are interested, please submit your CV & Cover Letter with your SALARY EXPECTATION to detail information below: o The subject of the email shall be Quality Assurance Officer o To: recruitment@smilinggecko-cambodia.org o Contact Number: 016 740 xxx Click To Call (telegram)
