# Job Description: Retail Merchandiser — Part-time/Full Time **Company:** BuddyRosy **Role Type:** Part-time/Full Time ## Role Overview The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for helping BuddyRosy prepare retail orders and support in-store merchandising to make sure products are delivered, displayed, and presented properly. ## Key Responsibilities ### 1. Prepare Orders * Prepare and pack retail orders based on order list. * Check product quantity and SKU before delivery. * Make sure products are clean, correct, and ready to send to stores. * Support simple stock checking when preparing orders. ### 2. Merchandising at Store * Visit assigned stores based on schedule. * Arrange BuddyRosy products neatly on shelf. * Check stock availability and report low stock. * Put up or maintain banners, stickers, wobblers, or display materials. * Take photos of product display after each visit. * Report store issues or feedback to the team. ## Requirements * Responsible and detail-oriented. * Able to follow instructions and schedule. * Able to travel to retail stores when needed. * Basic communication and photo reporting through Telegram or Google Sheet. * Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
