Key Responsibilities - Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports - Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks - Maintain and update customer records in the system - Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments - Follow up on pending orders and customer requests - Assist in preparing sales presentations and documents - Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics - Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally - Generate weekly and monthly sales reports - Ensure accurate filing and documentation Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in sales administration or customer service preferred - Good communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
