* Job Description:
1.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase cement market share.
2.Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and retailers.
3.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
4.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
5.Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
6.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
7.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
8.Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
9.Other tasks assigned by manager.
* Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2.Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or cement industry.
3.Fluency in Khmer and English. Know Chinese is an advantage.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Strong learning and adaptability.
7.Good professional ethics, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
8.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
9.Must be able to drive and have a driver's license.
10.Prior experience in the cement industry or factory is a plus
Note: Salary can be negotiated based on experiences. start from: $ 400 up to $ 1000
