Job Summary As a Sales Admin Team Leader, you will play a vital role in streamlining our Sales Support operations. Your core responsibilities will involve reviewing sales documentation, upholding merchant quality standards, and ensuring the efficient and timely onboarding of merchants onto the Red Ant Express platform. Key Responsibilities -Support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. -Review and approve sales documents to maintain accuracy and compliance. -Lead the team to conduct site visits of merchant locations and assess quality standards. -Work closely with the Catalogue Team to streamline the merchant onboarding process and ensure timely merchant App go-live. -Ensure smooth onboarding and provide comprehensive training for merchants to effectively utilize the Red Ant Express App. -Supervise various sales administrative duties, including document processing and payment preparation. -Work closely with internal departments to resolve operational issues and enhance overall merchant satisfaction. -Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Qualifications & Skills -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Support or a similar role. -Good written and verbal communication skills in English. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant platforms. -Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
