Job Summary:
To lead and supervise the Sales Audit Team in conducting sales audits, verifying policy compliance, identifying risks and inconsistencies, and ensuring the accuracy of sales reports and data across all depots and sales teams. This role acts as a key control point between sales operations and management oversight. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales audits across all depots, sales teams, and channels.
2. Supervise and coach Sales Auditors in the use of audit tools, DMS systems, checklists, and reporting standards.
3. Consolidate and review all audit findings submitted by team members, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and supporting evidence.
4. Validate whether all sales activities at depots and by SRs (Sales Reps) are performed in full compliance with SOPs and company sales policies.
5. Identify customer complaints or service issues caused by depot operations or sales team behavior, and escalate critical concerns to senior management.
6. Analyze trends and patterns from audit reports to highlight recurring problems, potential fraud, stock discrepancies, or operational weaknesses.
7. Recommend corrective actions and work with relevant departments (Sales, Trade Marketing, Warehouse) to improve process compliance.
8. Develop, improve, and update sales audit SOPs, forms, and field audit procedures to ensure efficiency and control.
9. Prepare summary audit reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for department heads and executive management, with insights and risk assessments.
10. Ensure timely follow-up on previous audit recommendations and measure implementation rate of corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, sales audit, or finance; at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and DMS/ERP systems
• Analytical thinking with strong ethical standards and problem-solving mindset
• Able to travel to depots and field locations regularly
