■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $300 - $600 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Responsibilities: ■ Cooperate with all members of the company including the members in each province ■ Visit clients and propose products and services to conductthe whole sales process until dealing and expansion ■ Communicate with clients and collect demand and needs, then connect to sales activity (consultant) ■ Research and develop marketing opportunities by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data/trends and reporting to the company ■ Consider sales strategy with the team and take each action quickly (then improve “PDCA”) ■ Find the issues to solve during operation and propose the solution with reasonable consideration ■ Discuss with director/manager about the strategy and operation for the new activity *You'll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business such as marketing & research, sales, production planning, etc. ◉ Qualifications: ■ Higher degree, bachelor's degree, year 3, year 4, or fresh graduated ■ Have a strong passion for trying many new challenges in the agri-business ■ Have the willingness to overcome difficulties you may face and develop a team from a small ■ Logical thinking, sense of ownership, and challenging spirits ■ Be able to understand the market in concept and be flexible to the actual situations based on the purpose ■ Honesty and sincerity, accepting other people's ideas and things you don't know ■ English & Khmer communication skills, Japanese is a plus ◉ Priority: ■ Marketing and Sales experience ■ Achieving target by leading a team with more than a few members ◉ Benefits: ■ Develop essential business management skills. ■ Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. ■ Collaborate with passionate team members. ■ Competitive and results-based salary system. ■ Learn and apply global business standards. ■ Enhance English proficiency in a daily English language environment. ■ Office phone and laptop provided (To be confirmed). ■ Bonus for achieving goals. ■ Enjoy company parties and staff birthday gifts. ■ NSSF coverage provided. ■ Seniority payments twice a year. ■ Company evaluations conducted quarterly. ■ 1.5 days off per week and public holidays following Cambodia’s Labor Law. ■ Annual leave entitlement of 18 days per year.
