* Key Tasks:
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management to identify "high-yield" rooftop prospects
• Regulatory Liaison: Stay updated on the latest MME (Ministry of Mines and Energy) directives. Act as the primary point of contact for the EAC licensing process to ensure customer projects fall within the 30 MW annual quota
• Solution Selling (customer's consultant): Tailor financial models for customers
• Technical Pre-Assessment Coordination: Work with the engineering team to conduct preliminary site visits and shadow analyses.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with SEZ operators
• Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they address Cambodian grid-stability requirements
• Follow-up & Deliver Successful Projects: Understand the current project portfolios and each project milestone to ensure a successful completion and customer satisfaction.
* Minimum Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, account management, or business development within shipping, logistics, MEP construction company or MEP materials supply.
• Fluency in English
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with digital sales and operational tools.
• Strategic thinker and result-oriented leader.
• Resilient under pressure with a proactive work ethic.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable.
