Key Responsibility: - Deliver technical service and support to customers at assigned sites - Monitor and adjust chemical treatment programs (cooling, boiler, wastewater systems) - Prepared service plan and conduct routine system testing and performance analysis - Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective actions - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards - Prepare service reports to review with customers and maintain documentation - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of utility treatment system - Work collaboration with sale team to gain new customers Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field - Experience in water treatment, boiler, cooling and wastewater treatment or industrial chemical services preferred - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and travel to client sites - Able to work flexibly and quickly responsible when customers require support
