We need Male staff to work as Stock Controller who is responsible for checking, maintaining and ensuring that all the material receive and dispatch are having good quality and quantity of school standard. Here are the main duties of the Stock officer. • Supervise stock rooms and ensure proper arrangement of stock • Oversee and prepare entire stock such as office stationery, books, assets, uniform and other • Organize the stock locations in categories to be tidy, hygiene and easy to find. • Ensure accurate stock counting and inventory marking of stocks • Maintain a process for returns in condition which includes out of dates, damages, and unsaleable goods • Observe the correct stock receiving, returning, changing, and distributing protocols • Enter daily data of stock in and out in excel report • Prepare urgent or monthly stock materials for staffs and students that are requested from all departments. • Prepare any stock materials for school events organization. • Make purchase with supplier or buy some materials at the market. • Check Stock Data collection and report on material which stop using. • Receive and dispatch materials from ordering list. • Check the quality and quantity of material in and out with documents. • Prepare and maintain materials in the safety location. • Report on material which has not input. • Count external materials that remain every month. • Work alongside procurement teams to ensure required products or materials are readily available. • Perform other required tasks are assigned by admin supervisor/ manager.
