<<>> • Conduct field layouts and surveying activities • Good knowledge in Land survey, Contour survey using total station and Latest Survey techniques • Conducting topographic surveys to gather data for building design and construction • Operating the Total Station instrument to measure distances, angles, and elevations • Recording survey data accurately and efficiently and preparing necessary reports • Performing quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy • Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements • Creating a survey sketch based on the physical survey and related documents • Should have Knowledge on AutoCAD, Excel • Interpreting and preparing maps, plans, and other technical drawings • In-depth understanding of contour maps, sketching, and levels • May oversee some subcontractor work activities, as assigned • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor <<< Desired Profile>>> • 5 years of experience as a Field Surveyor in residential projects with a certification or degree in Surveying or a related field, and have experience in using Total Station instruments for building and construction surveys • Knowledge of software applications such as AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory • Good communication, understanding of construction drawings in English Language • Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for this role
