- Schedule Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Job Purpose: The Wholesale Team Leader drives the growth of PBC’s dealers stationery and office supply distribution network by leading, coaching, and managing a team of Wholesale Specialists. This position is responsible for setting sales targets, optimizing bulk sales pipelines, managing large accounts, and expanding market share across Cambodia.
- Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and motivate the wholesale sales team to achieve department targets. Assign sales territories, client accounts, and performance KPIs to team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide hands-on sales training. Accompany team members on field visits to secure high-value wholesale accounts.
- Strategic Sales & Account Management Develop sales strategies to expand wholesale distribution across provinces and key regions. Manage relationships with top-tier sub-distributors, corporate clients, and large retail partners. Approve bulk pricing structures, discounts, and credit terms within company guidelines. Resolve complex customer issues, payment delays, or supply chain bottlenecks.
- Inventory, Logistics & Financial Coordination Forecast wholesale demand to ensure optimal warehouse stock levels of high-demand goods. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely multi-destination deliveries. Oversee outstanding debt collection and credit aging reports to protect cash flow. Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and supply chain shifts in the stationery sector. Compile weekly and monthly team sales data for senior management reviews.
- Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant commercial field.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B/Wholesale sales, with 1+ years in a leadership or senior sales role (Stationery or FMCG preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, advanced negotiation, and robust strategic planning capabilities.
- Languages: Fluent Khmer and working-level English. (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM or wholesale ERP management systems.
