πΌ OPEN POSITIONS
1. Store Operations Manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple outlets
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train and manage staff
- Experience in F&B preferred
2. Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Support Master Franchise expansion in Cambodia
- Local market analysis, store rollout planning, and brand localization
- Work closely with Korea HQ and local stakeholders
- Fluent English required (Korean or Chinese is a plus)
3. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator
- Manage ingredient and equipment inventory across stores
- Coordinate with regional suppliers and HQ logistics
- Familiar with import procedures and warehouse control
