II. Job Description • Develop message contents, scripts to educate, mentor and take promptly action to the drivers through in-App and any socials media communication. • Initiate ideas to create attractive digital materials for driver communication. • Plan and execute field and digital campaigns to enhance driver’s engagement and loyalty program activities. • Ensure driver documentation, verification, and compliance processes are followed. • Monitor and keep on track for all stocks movement of driver campaign materials. • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs; provide reports and recommendations to optimize performance. • Address driver inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions and escalations when needed. • Support retention strategies to enhance driver satisfaction and engagement. • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align campaign goals and systems integration. • Maintain accurate records in driver databases. • Conduct field visits and spot checks as needed. III. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in driver operations, field marketing, or related roles. • Experience in ride-hailing or mobility industry preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Willingness to travel or work in the field as needed.
