About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a high-profile actress in both her professional and personal life. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong sense of loyalty, adaptability, and professionalism. This role requires flexible hours, frequent travel, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and reminders
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Act as a liaison between the actress and agents, publicists, producers, and collaborators
• Provide on-set and event support, including preparing wardrobe, scripts, and schedules
• Run personal errands and oversee day-to-day logistics
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Assist with basic digital/social media management if requested
• Track expenses and handle administrative paperwork
• Be on-call during evenings, weekends, and while traveling
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, calendar tools, file-sharing platforms)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours
• Professional demeanor and experience in high-profile environments preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
