Digital Marketing

Requirement : - Male/Female - 25 - 38 years old - Able to speak & write in English - BS/MS degree in marketing or related field - At least three years of experience in a related field. - Proven work experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) - Knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) - Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and limitations
Responsibilities :
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Develop optimization strategies that improve the search engine results ranking of company websites Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing Write engaging, high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy perfomance
