Requirement : - Man / Woman - 25 - 38 years old - Able to speak & write in English - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. - Min. 2 years of Performance Marketing experience. - Certified in Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads - Able to analyze and transform data sets into digital marketing strategies. - Able to manage multiple tasks according to priority. - Work well in a cross-functional team environment. - Experience in a digital or performance marketing agency and handling projects from brands is a plus. - Strategic and critical thinker.
Responsibilities: - Create Maintain, monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns across our digital channels (Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc). - Handle Facebook CPAS Campaigns. - Collaborate and work closely with the digital marketing team to achieve goals. - Conduct extensive A/B testing for performance campaigns. - Experiment with creatives, audience data, platforms, placements, content or topics. - Generate new ideas and initiatives for new digital campaigns. - Help manage digital budgets and ensure we allocate spend optimally across digital channels. - Identify optimization opportunities using data. - Build and Design the best way campaign structure together with the digital team. - Amplify and maximize audience data from our SDK and Pixels.
