To lead the digital marketing strategy and execution across all digital channels, manage a cross-functional marketing team, optimize brand presence, and ensure alignment with overall company goals. This role includes driving growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, content production oversight, and performance analytics.
A. Digital Marketing Strategy and Leadership • Develop quarterly and annual digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals. • Ensure full integration of digital campaigns with offline marketing activities. • Conduct and apply market research, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking. • Define digital marketing objectives and KPIs aligned with business growth.
B. Team Supervision and Creative Direction • Lead, mentor, and manage a team consisting of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Media Producer, and Graphic Designer. • Define clear roles and expectations, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met. • Conduct regular team reviews and feedback sessions to improve campaign output. • Foster a creative, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
C. Content Oversight and Branding • Oversee the development of content calendars, video scripts, and graphic assets. • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and branding across all digital channels. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign production.
D. Digital Platform and Community Management • Supervise posting schedules and engagement strategies for all key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, Google Business. • Guide the team in audience engagement, follower growth, and real-time community interaction. • Ensure brand voice and visual identity are upheld across platforms.
E. Performance Analytics & Optimization • Analyze digital performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio. • Prepare monthly and campaign-specific reports with actionable insights. • Recommend improvements to increase campaign ROI, engagement rates, and conversions.
F. Cross-functional Coordination & Administrative Support • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support product launches and events. • Manage campaign budgets, vendor contracts, and internal reporting. • Support team development and strategic planning.
G. KPIs Setting • Monthly increase in web and social traffic (target %) • Engagement rate improvement (target % across platforms) • Lead generation or conversion rate (campaign-specific) • ROI on paid advertising (targeted cost per lead/acquisition) • Team productivity (timeliness and quality of deliverables)
JOB REQUIREMENT Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Experience in software, tech, or retail sectors is a strong plus.
Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Suite (Analytics, Business), YouTube Studio. • Familiarity with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic, etc.). • Basic design oversight skills; ability to review Photoshop/Illustrator work. • Reporting and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
