We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive or Content Creator to join our F&B restaurant team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant
- Create compelling content including photos, videos, blogs, and social media posts
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the community
- Coordinate events and promotions in alignment with marketing plans
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and report on metrics
- Collaborate with chefs and staff to highlight menu items and specials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or content creation, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and marketing tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends
