I. Duties and Responsibilities for Training Coordinator Training Coordinator is accountable to the Manager for leading and effectively supervising all the training courses, and activities required to ensure the services are provided timely and of the high quality to bring about the highest satisfaction for the Guard training both refresher and orientation training a.
II. Job Scope -This position is in charge of daily cleaning operation base on direction from Manager.
III. Key Accountability - Training Section - Update Training Slide (Fire Fighting, First Aids, Guards Roll-call) and control and manage all the Security Guard training with attendant sheet - Prepare, Design and modify security lessons with teaching materials. - Set up and Arrange the training room, if have any need from teams - New Guards refresher training at PPSEZ two times per months (Saturday), if need - Support and Coordinate the yearly training plan and train base on date and time which requirement from our teams - Survey all the Competitor Intelligence Company as Guard Basic Salary, Allowance, working day, pension fund, seniority payment, uniform deduction and other benefits. - On Site Training - Have to coordinate with other department to conducts the onsite training while have a request form - Prepare all document such Attendant Sheet, Trainee Appraisal Form and On Site Security Training Course Content - Check or Inspect the Guard uniform such as Uniform, Shoes, Tie, Cap. - Keep all the Refresher onsite training Record Properly - Keep all the Monthly Safety Record Properly Recruitment -Support and Recruit Guard while need help from OPS team -Survey and Inspect the information from competitor (Salary, benefit, so no.) -Building Safety Spot-check for our client if have any request - Other task assign by direct supervisor or manager
IV. Hazards Measure/Precaution -Training coordinator attention for self and the team.
V. Traveling Time - Working in the office. - Other travel required by the Manager.
VI. Job Requirements * Qualifications and Education Requirements - Bachelor degree or other related fields -At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position; experience working as a Cleaning Operation, other related job. -Good Communication & Interpersonal skills -Ability to work independent and work under pressure and multi jobs -Self‐motivated to learn new concepts -Knowledge on computer Literacy (Microsoft word and Advance Excel) -Strong numeracy skill and Keen attention to detail -Be able to Read and write in English -Ability to monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency situations -Availability to respond to Training alerts outside of business hours -Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control -Excellent team-building and leadership skills -Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule -Honest, working hard, and quick learner
