We're a fast-paced food business under Antisocial Hours, operating several kitchen brands that serve up everything from crispy comfort food to bold fusion dishes. If you love the heat of the kitchen and the thrill of creating crowd-favorite meals, we want you on our team!
What Youβll Do:
Lead daily kitchen operations with consistency and care
Cook and prep across a variety of menus (fried chicken, burgers, sides, etc.)
Maintain food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
Support inventory management and ingredient prep
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols at all times
What Weβre Looking For:
Proven experience in a professional kitchen
Confident with deep-frying, grilling, and fast-paced service
Can work clean, quick, and with good attitude under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility and kitchen pride
Team player who communicates well and shows up on time
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked in comfort food, fried chicken, or Asian fusion kitchens
Know a thing or two about kitchen inventory and prep systems
Are eager to grow with a creative and expanding business
