Job Description:
- Daily communication with Customers, Shipping lines and Freight forwarders etc...
- Booking container truck for loading.
- Prepare draft BL to Shipping lines & Freight forwarders.
- Update shipment status to customers.
- Prepare weekly export report.
- Key in all the expense invoices in the system and submit all invoices to accounts within the timeline.
- Prepare and apply CO Application
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Must Influent in Apply Co Application
- At least 1 years of experience in Logistics Industry.
- Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
