-Taking ownership of customer-reported issues and ensuring that problems are resolved.
-Conducting research, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and finding solutions to resolve system
issues.
-Following standard procedures to properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate
internal teams.

Responsibilities :
-Research and find solutions to problems related to our products.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup.
-Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
-Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
-Provide step-by-step guidance to customers through chat applications until they've solved a
technical issue.
-Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software
developers).
-Provide prompt and accurate advice to customers.
-Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical guidance.
-Take responsibility for properly logging all issues.
-Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
-Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
-Prepare accurate and timely reports.
-Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
-Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Requirements and Skills :
-Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer
or similar.
-Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS operating systems.
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to provide step-by-step technical guidance in written form.
(English and Chinese are advantages)
