Job Description
Be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives within one of the following focus areas: Operational (Branch Operations & Customer Experience), Data Analytics (Data & Customer Journey), Sales & Distribution (Distribution & Business Development), or Strategy & Planning (Change Management & KPI).

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic initiatives within the designated focus area to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and optimization to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Drive organizational transformation initiatives by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams in driving cultural change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges encountered during the transformation process.
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance customer experiences.
Drive sales growth and business development initiatives through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the division.
Perform other task as assigned by management.

Skills Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on one of these areas: Operational (Branch Operations & Customer Experience), Data Analytics (Data & Customer Journey), Sales & Distribution (Sales & BD).
Strategy & Planning (Change Management & KPI).
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects within the banking industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with process re-engineering methodologies such as Six Sigma.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive team environment.
