HARMONY PHNOM PENH Hotel is seeking the right candidate for joining our front office team with the following requirements:
Job Descriptions:
Verify arrival and payment status and update cancellation and No-show reports.
Verify the HK report and breakfast report.
Prepare for check-in guests.
Verify taxi report and attach taxi receipt attached to folio before arrival, if any.
Ensure all charges are posted.
Review and update FO reports and hand over cases to the next shift.
Verify rooms are ready for guests to check in.
Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the FO counter and lobby.
Update Guest profiles.
Process guest check-in & out and other requests.
Provide guests with appropriate info when requested.
